Menu Builder Helps You to
  • Build menus easily using a Windows GUI application (no programming
    interface required)

DTD Validation Allows You to
  • Make syntactically correct modifications directly in the XML file

Menu Tree Administrator Lets You to
  • Validate & upload MenuTrees (FTP)
  • Check availability of announcement voices (due to Voice Admin integration)
  • Activate valid MenuTrees on IVR
  • Set MenuTree priorities (Dispatcher) according to the distribution of calls
  • View logs (feedbacks)

Dispatcher DIP
  • Connects MenuTrees with Runner DIPs
  • Manages the changes (old and new version) of MenuTree XML files
    (starts/stops Runner DIPs)
  • Sets the number of active Runner DIPs according to Admin priority settings
  • Communicates with the Runner Script
     - when Runner Script asks, Dispatcher DIP decides which Runner DIP is
    responsive for the called MenuTree and Node, and gives answer

Runner DIPs
  • Responsible for walking through their MenuTree and subroutine nodes
    according to the loaded MenuTree’s structure and semantics
  • Communicate with the Runner Script
     - decide and send the next Node ID to Runner Script according to the result
    of previously processed node (sent back by Runner Script)

Runner Script
  • Manages connection with the caller
  • When needed, asks Dispatcher DIP which Runner DIP has the given node
  • Asks the corresponding Runner DIP for next node
  • Executes the nodes given by Runner DIPs
     - stores and manages global variables
     - says the phrases of announcements
     - collects digits
     - evaluates the logical and basic mathematical expressions
