PHI Division is a software engineering company specializing in workforce
optimization solutions; scheduling, strategic planning and performance
management softwares for call centers.
Phi Division Ltd was founded in 1997. In the beginning, the firm
undertook various software development projects without specialization. Its
first major corporate partnership with Avaya Hungary (Lucent at the time)
took place in a software implementation project where Phi Division was
responsible for optimal time scheduling of human resources.

the application developer and system
integrator subcontractor for its call
center solutions.
This fruitful cooperation has produced
several successful projects, from
which Phi Division has gained
enormous experience in the field of
call center applications.
Meanwhile, Phi Division came up with
separate self-developed software
products. Most of these products are
directly related to call centers or
indirectly to supporting their
effectiveness. However, some call
center-independent products have
been completed.

MATÁV Rt. (Magyar Telekom Rt.) has honored Phi Division as the 2002
"Supplier of the Year".
Supplier of the Year award recognizes a key supplier regarded as the "best
of the best". This prestigious award goes to companies that have
demonstrated outstanding performance for all four quarters of a calendar
year. Criteria include quality, cost, on-time delivery, technology innovation
and customer service.

The majority owner is the founder and chief operating director of the company, Mr. Gábor Naszádi.
